We have divided our work into themes and activities.
By themes we mean sets of interrelated exercises that help to explore an aspect of life or an aspect of the being. The themes are:
Attention and Concentration
Accompanied by a musical background, the child or the adult place their attention on the subtle sensations they are feeling in and around their hands, and slowly and consciously, move them towards each other till they meet.
Breathing
Exploration of the breath 2 by 2
After tuning to the breath of the lying down person, the “helper” gently pulls the arm away during the inhalation. During the exhalation she gradually releases the pull.
A bamboo stick placed longitudinally on top of the body reflects with its movement the phases of the breath.
Relaxation
“Newspaper Exercise”
Exploration with and without music of the effects of contraction and relaxation in the body
Exploring the effects that a partial contraction has on the rest of the body
Creating subjective sensory landmarks for relaxation
Sensory Awareness

“Listening” to the life of the tree with all the senses, with all the being.
Blindfolding the eyes boosts the other senses. Here, the smell of a leaf catches the whole attention of the child.
Sensing a biscuit through a soft attentive touch.
Exploration of the Subtle Physical Body
After one of the two partners has closed his eyes, the other silently places himself in one of the sides of his partner’s body, this one has to sign with the hand indicating where he feels the subtle sensation of the other’s presence.
The Five Elements
Sensory exploration of the Five Elements
Candles have been placed at different heights and in different positions all around the room, to create an atmosphere to help the person enter in contact with the Element Fire and explore it.

Different settings for Water Exploration
Exploring the Element Earth through the form of a rock, a lump of clay or in direct contact with Mother Earth.
Physical Structure
Sensing the amount of contraction necessary to lift an arm, acknowledging where the contraction starts, how and where it travels in the body and finally undoing it to bring the arm back to rest.
Drawing in space with ribbons helps to free and give mobility to the joints of the arm and the shoulder blade.
Evolution
Walking with the ribs and observing the world from the perspective of the snake, one of the evolutionary stages we explore.
By activities we mean sets of interrelated exercises that open fields of exploration to several aspects of life, or several aspects of the being simultaneously.
The activities are:
Structure Settings
We construct “landscapes” with different types of elements that will foster freedom and awareness of movement in the persons going through them.
Crossing on top of these elements helps develop in people sensitivity, care and respect.
Plates
The person keeps the attention anchored on sensing the weight of the plate, receiving it and allowing it to travel through their body to the ground.
Plates can also be explored combined with a Setting or used a “breathometer” to rest and focus the attention on the wave of breath.
Sticks
Form and Space
Making spontaneous symmetries during the length of a musical phrase, is part of our Form explorations.
Games
Through cooperative and competitive games people have fun while improving collaboration, listening to each other, organisation and developing, even though sometimes a bit awkward, a sensitive respectful touch.
